Myofascial Release Therapy - The John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach® is considered to be the ultimate therapy that is safe, gentle and consistently effective in producing results that last. I started out as a client who received MFR to relieve pain caused by plantar fasciitus. I had spent a lot of money on inserts, special socks, and shoes to relieve my pain, but nothing worked...until I was introduced to MFR. I haven't had any issues with plantar fasciitus since, and I continue to receive regular treatments to release restrictions caused by every day life and occasional injuries.

Reiki
A Japanese technique for total relaxation and deep meditation. During this service, you will lie on the table, face-up while I apply different hand positions to send energy through your body, bringing a sense of peace, healing and relaxation. This can be done with or without the aid of crystals, and a lavender eye pillow is available to add to your relaxation. Soft music is played to help you go into a meditative state, and quiet the mind. Ask for a cozy blanket or heated table if you would find that beneficial! Especially effective for reducing stress and balancing the chakras (energy centers). All sessions include chakra balancing. Reiki may be combined with Tuning.

Vibrational Attunement -
Tuning forks are used to create a sound frequency that breaks up blockages in your auric field. Emotional trauma can stay in your energetic field for your entire life and can manifest as physical pain and illness in the body that western medicine is unable to correct. You must deal with the emotional trauma to heal the physical issues, and tuning is a great way to do this. During the appointment, you will lie face-up on the table - you can cover up with a blanket if it feels more comfortable. You don't need to do anything special - you can close your eyes and relax or you can carry on a conversation. It's up to you! Tuning may be combined with Reiki.
